Q) Where will my order ship from? 

A) Orders placed in our Canadian or US stores ship from our Canadian warehouse. Orders placed in our EU or UK stores will ship from the United Kingdom.

Q) My country isn't listed in the store drop down.

A) Please select our Canadian store, we can ship to most countries in the world from our Canadian warehouse.

Q) I tried to checkout but there were no shipping options for my country.

A) Please make sure you have the correct store location selected at the top of the page. If your region is not listed please select our Canadian store. If you are unable to checkout from the Canadian store please contact us at support@creaturecaster.com

Q) What is your return policy?

A) If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason you can ship the product back to us and we will refund the purchase price. We cannot refund costs related to shipping.

Q) Part of my miniature was damaged or missing.

A) Please snap a quick picture of the model showing the damage or and send it to us at support@creaturecaster.com and we will get you a replacement for your damaged or missing piece at no charge.
